The owner gives every estimate. You meet the person who will handle your project from the start.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Request your free estimate by phone or online, and we will schedule a visit.
Can I see the condition of my roof with you?
Yes. We photograph and record the inspection, and we show you the findings on site.
Paymentand Financing
Do you offer financing?
No. We accept cash, check, and Venmo.
What discounts are available?
Full roof replacements booked by December 1 receive 10% off. This offer must be mentioned at your estimate, and fine print applies. Military, veteran, senior, and first-responder discounts are also available. Please ask at your estimate.

Can you install shingles in winter?
Yes, if it is not snowing. Shingles will not seal without heat, so we will tell you if conditions are not right.
Do you clear snow from roofs?
Yes. We offer roof shoveling and driveway blowing.

No. We offer roof shoveling and driveway blowing, but we do not plow.
Do you do siding, electrical, or commercial work?
No. We focus on residential roofing, handyman services, interior projects, and winter snow removal.

The owner inspects your roof and attic, documents the findings, and gives you an honest recommendation on site.
